Camping Out to Get a New Home at Fioli, It’s a Sell-Out – Strong Demand for Townhomes for Sale in Windemere in San Ramon CA

There’s really, really strong demand for townhomes for sale in Windemere in San Ramon CA.  As a matter of fact, people started camping out to get a new home at Fioli on Wednesday June 10th for a Saturday June 13th release.

It was my intention to be first in line as I had a client who wanted a unit. Unfortunately I misjudged the strength of the demand. I planned to go out on Thursday, but when I called early Wednesday I was told that the line had already started. I quickly threw together a bag and dashed out the door. Wouldn’t you know it, the one man ahead of me wanted the very same unit as my client.

On March 8, 2008 I wrote about people camping out overnight to buy a new townhome at Fioli, one of the popular new townhome communities in San Ramon CA Another Camp-Out to Buy New Homes for Sale in San Ramon – Fioli at Windemere.

Guess it’s still one of the most popular new townhome communities in San Ramon CA. There will be a total of 154 units upon completion. Units 1-96 have been sold or are under contract.
