It’s Day 1 of my commitment to share my ‘take’ on fun things to do in Danville CA and the surrounding area. Tonight’s event is the Summer Serenade. Expect to hear more from me about my Danville CA Faves, San Ramon CA Faves, Pleasanton CA, Faves and Dublin CA Faves.
It’s about 4:30 pm and I’m leaving momentarily to get a decent parking space.
The event is centered on Hartz Ave and E Prospect in Danville this evening from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm where one can shop at the specialty vendor booths, browse the local shops, visit the special edition of the Saturday farmer’s market or enjoy $5 wine tastings at select locations. 2 Endeavor, an acoustic rock band, will providelive music for the event.
This is a dog-friendly event. Dogs on leash are welcome. Many establishments along Hartz are owned by dog-lovers. Based on past experience, I expect to find water bowls streetside for Missy MacGregor, the Scottish Terrier in my life!
