 The Bridges Market Snapshot May 1, 2008 –  Sales activity is up on homes for sale in San Ramon CA and in  Bridges San Ramon CA! There are currently seven single family homes pending sale with a median price of $1,285,000, although the listed prices range from $799,900 to $1,574,950. The Bridges is a desirable neighborhood and has some of the best homes for sale in San Ramon CA. San Ramon CA real estate sales are on the increase. More homes sold in April than in March.

Three home sales closed during the month of April in The Bridges. The median home price in The Bridges of San Ramon CA was $1,785,000 for the month of April 2008. The low price for single family detached home sold was $1,050,000 for a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with a reported 2,947 square feet. On the high end, a sale for $2,287,500 for an 7,000 square foot home on a 13,000 square foot estate lot overlooking Bridges Golf Course.
