- 117 are detached single family homes that were listed at $115,900 to $679,900 and were on the market an average of 45 days.
Foreclosure inventory is DOWN!!! This article explains that the moratorium on foreclosures has been extended through month end. The initial mortatorium was through January 9th, then extended through January 31st and now through February 28th.
