·         One detached single family home that was listed for $759,000 sold for $745,000.

·         Two condos sold. The lower sales price was $335,000 for a 988 square foot condo and the higher sales price was $445,000 for an 1192 square foot condo.

March 13, 2008 – There are 9 Short Sale listings in San Ramon CA currently pending on the MLS.

·         All nine are detached single family homes that were listed from $599,000 to $1,850,000 with a median asking price of $749,950.

March 13, 2008 – CURRENT INVENTORY – There are 42 Short Sale listings in San Ramon CA currently being offered through the MLS.

·         Eight  are condos, listed from $270,000 to $425,00 with a median asking price of $303,500.

·         Twenty-Six are detached single family homes, listed from $429,000** to 1,175,000 with a median asking price of $773,450.

·         Eight are townhouses, listed from $315,000 to $650,0000 with a median asking price of $537,000.
