Windemere is an impressive master planned community located on the east side of San Ramon near the adjacent city of Danville, CA. It’s situated in the highly ranked San Ramon Unified School District and could be where you find the home of your dreams!

Community services include Dougherty Station Community Center with police substation, Dougherty Station Library, Dougherty Valley Performing Arts Center and San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District, Station 30.
Windemere features fifteen neighborhoods built by Brookfield Homes, Lennar Homes and Centex Homes. The development has a planned 5,170 units and is nearly sold out (as of October 2009). Centex/Pulte is still building in Fioli, a townhome-style condominium neighborhood just behind Dougherty Valley High School, but they expect to be sold out in about March 2010. For newly constructed single family homes in Windemere, look to Lennar or Brookfield for their few remaining new units.
Windemere has excellent commuting potential into Silicon Valley and San Francisco via the 680 and 580/880 corridor via auto, or via BART from the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station.
